About the Brand
Amouroud is a new fragrance brand. The earliest edition was created in 2016 and the newest is from 2019. Amouroud fragrances were made in collaboration with perfumers Cecile Hua, Patricia Choux, John Mastracola, Claude Dir, Ilias Ermenidis, Irina Burlakova, Jerome Di Marino and Angelique Nadau.

The loafer has long been enjoyed by both women and men: light, comfortable, and stylish all at the same time, what’s not to love? Its exact origin is disputed but it’s not unreasonable to assume that it shares some common historical link with both the traditional moccasin and Norwegian farmer shoes. Whatever its origin, however, the loafer truly came into its own in the 1930’s when it was adopted as the footwear of choice by the Ivy League schools in America, whereupon it has never fallen out of fashion since. In America, there is even a variant called the Penny Loafer, which comes with a transverse slot over the shaft specifically designed to hold a ‘lucky penny’!
